20歲:避免曬傷

陽光明媚,能在花園下悠閒曬曬太陽當然很愜意。不過這樣做卻會帶來曬傷的風險。「不當」曝曬(指在沒有防曬保護下,在上午11點到下午4點之間曬太陽)不但會將肌膚曬成番茄紅色(UVB造成),而且還會引起UVA照射而導致的長遠肌膚問題(光老化、過敏和斑點等)。所以每兩小時補擦一次防曬很重要,使用適合您膚質的防曬乳就能保護肌膚,您不僅要遮蓋肌膚,還要避免在最危險的時段在外曝曬。

30歲:預防細紋和皺紋

肌膚緊實度稍微下降,第一道細紋和表情紋也慢慢浮現…… 光老化也默默地侵害肌膚。請務必避免在夏天加劇光老化的過程! 若要防止光老化,請選擇適合您的防曬產品,抵禦對肌膚傷害最深的UVA。這些紫外線會穿透深層肌膚,改變膚質,還會引起許多肌膚問題。請務必盡可能定時(至少每兩個小時)補擦一次防曬,您可以選擇自己喜歡的質地:防曬液、防曬噴霧、防曬薄霧、防曬油、防曬乳…… 每個人都能找到適合的防曬產品!

40歲:避免出現深度皺紋

對於防曬新手來說,最好的抗衰老武器就是墨鏡! 陽光越刺眼就越容易讓人皺起眉頭,也代表臉上的皺紋會越多。您也應該盡量減少受陽光照射(在對抗臉部衰老的過程中,太陽是肌膚的頭號敵人),並使用含有抗衰老成分的產品。當然,在海邊享受日光浴後,塗抹曬後修護產品有助於修復因陽光照射而變得粗糙的肌膚,還可以讓小麥膚色更持久。
