防曬乳的原理

防曬乳會在肌膚上形成一層保護膜，抵禦UVA（導致肌膚老化）和UVB（導致曬傷）紫外線的傷害。防曬乳含有不同類型的防曬劑。化學防曬劑能夠吸收紫外線，並將其轉化爲能量；而物理防曬劑可以反射太陽的光線。

不同防曬系數有甚麼含義？

SPF（防曬系數）是指UVB導致肌膚曬紅所需的時間。理論上，只要在太陽下10分鐘，肌膚就會曬紅。防曬乳的SPF值等於上述時間的倍數。例如，SPF 20代表可延緩肌膚曬紅時間20倍：20 x 10分鐘 = 3小時20分鐘。

我的肌膚應該選擇哪種SPF防曬系數？

在選擇適合自己的防曬系數前，要先確定肌膚的日光反應型態，此型態有助於確定肌膚對陽光的反應，協助您選擇合適的SPF防曬系數。

  • 型態1 = 有雀斑的白晢肌膚，金色或紅色毛髮。型態1的肌膚不易曬黑，但容易曬傷。推薦防曬系數：SPF 50+。
  • 型態2 = 白晢肌膚，容易曬紅，金色或棕色毛髮。型態2的肌膚很難曬黑，但經常曬傷。推薦防曬系數：SPF 50，曬後幾天可改用SPF 30。
  • 型態3 = 白晢肌膚，金色或棕色毛髮。型態3的肌膚曬黑速度較慢，偶爾會曬傷。推薦防曬系數：SPF 30。
  • 型態4 = 容易曬黑的橄欖色肌膚，棕色或深棕色毛髮。推薦防曬系數：SPF 20。
  • 型態5 = 非常容易曬黑的深色肌膚。推薦防曬系數：SPF 20，隨後改用SPF 15。型態6 = 不會曬傷的黝黑肌膚。推薦防曬系數：SPF 15。無論選擇哪種防曬系數，每2小時或是游泳後都需要補擦一次。臉部和頸部的肌膚比較敏感，建議選用SPF防曬系數更高的產品。
