透過女性主導的倡議來對抗氣候變遷

女性是社會和環境行動的首要參與者。這就是為什麼巴黎萊雅決定支持那些致力於發展環保項目並成為社會和氣候行動代理人的女性企業家。與合作夥伴「Women's Earth Alliance」和「Ashoka」合作，巴黎萊雅將支持由女性主導的環保和氣候企業。巴黎萊雅將在2030年之前投資1千萬歐元用於這些環保項目。
