消除所有刺激來源

香菸、酒精和咖啡等會使敏感肌膚紅腫更加嚴重。辛辣食物也會刺激微循環,引起肌膚過度反應。避免過冷過熱,儘量預防紫外線。過分清潔、含香氛和刺激性的化妝品也不宜使用於敏感肌。所以,您應該儘量避免使用含有果酸、維生素A酸、精油、肥皂、化學防曬物質或磨砂去角質成分的產品。減少皮膚壓力,肌膚才會光彩照人!

選擇正確的保養方式

敏感肌膚最好選用溫和配方的保養產品,即不含香氛、色素、防腐劑或酒精。針對敏感肌的另一項保養建議,就是選擇「具有舒緩」功效的產品。例如滋潤型面霜的冷霜質地可以滋養和舒緩皮膚,並舒緩肌膚不適。最重要的一點:選擇同系列的保養品。日霜、晚霜、卸妝水 、眼霜…… 使用同系列產品也有助於舒緩肌膚!

選擇適合您的彩妝品

挑選彩妝品的時候,一定要選擇敏感肌專用的產品。也就是無油脂、不致痘和低致敏性的產品。當然最好的辦法就是盡量減少使用產品,以減少肌膚過敏。底妝的話,可以選用具有保濕功效的粉底液或粉底霜,而粉餅會讓肌膚更顯乾燥。
