按摩前額,撫平皺紋

用指尖以畫圈方式按摩太陽穴、眉骨和前額,向上按摩到頭頂,向下則按摩到頸部。用大拇指按摩雙耳周圍,然後將大拇指和食指放在前額其中一側,輕輕施加壓力。最後從前額向太陽穴輕撫肌膚。效果:撫平前額皺紋,使肌膚更加平滑。
