注入養份,滋養肌膚

滋養是指為肌膚和頭髮補充脂質。脂質也就是油脂及植物油(如乳木果油和椰子油)中的「脂肪」,若肌膚無法分泌脂質(皮脂),便會失去保護屏障,並出現缺氧問題。好消息是:我們可以透過飲食,以及營養豐富、超脂及修護脂質的保養產品來補充皮脂。這些產品富含油脂、神經酰胺和其他營養成份,親膚質地是滋養肌膚的首選。缺乏脂質的肌膚會變得粗糙、受損、暗沉和脆弱,而且更容易出現皺紋和細紋。乾性肌膚最需要滋養呵護。我們有甚麼建議? 晚上可以塗抹質地豐潤的晚霜,爲肌膚補充脂質,賦予細胞再生能量。
